With a record-breaking 191 attendees in 2021, the annual AMSI Summer School is the biggest national event in Australia for honours and postgraduate students in the mathematical sciences.
In January 2022 this four-week school will be hosted in a hybrid format by University of Technology Sydney, providing students from across Australia with the opportunity to develop their mathematical skills, meet like-minded people, and network with potential future employers at the Careers Day.
Participate online or in person at one of our event hubs in your nearest capital city!
The AMSI Summer School 2022 program offers eight carefully selected subjects taught by expert lecturers from Australia and New Zealand, some of which may not be offered at a home university. Students can choose to study one or two courses and, with permission from a home university, students can use an AMSI Summer School subject to gain credit towards their degree.
The School is primarily for honours and postgraduate students in the mathematical sciences and cognate disciplines, but other students are welcome to apply.

AMSI Summer School Scholarships are available to assist students from AMSI member institutions with the cost of program registration fees.
